Mine Part Two

I had a more serious post about the "mine" word used so often by Charley a while back but this is a quick and funny one. As most toddlers do she declares that EVERYTHING is hers. The funniest thing she has taken ownership of is her tooters and burps. Anytime she or anyone else (usually Ryan) tooters or burps she says "MINE!!!!" If it is actually Ryan and we ask who tootered and Ryan says she did Charley gets made and insists that we say it was her. This in itself is funny enough. But, it got funnier this weekend. Charley has been sick this weekend and was in our bed. Saturday night she was tossing and turning for hours and we were all halfway awake for hours but also halfway asleep. At one point, Charley tootered three times in a row and in this half-asleep voice mumbled "mine."
